Typical Tuscany Restaurant in the center of Florence
Some years ago in the historical heart of Florence near the
Fortezza da Basso, Mariangela and Delia's love for good
cooking led them to open this suggesting trattoria divided
in three confortable diving rooms.
They offer a sort of express cooking, favouring the old homely
traditions and flavours, like some sought after soups or pies.
Moreover, gourmet's favourite dishes are "tortelloni" with buttermilk curd or spinage
or rice with basil. The main courres are based high-quality, wholesome meat and, as concerns fish,
it is worth mentioning "inzimino"of stuffed euttlefish and oetopus.
The wine-list is well-supplied. As concerns the dessert, they are all hand-produced and wholesome. Their family-run
can offer unusual, refined lunches, though keeping quite low prices.
